  Arrival time:  4 o'clock p.m.-6 o'clock p.m.        Departure prior to 10 o.clock a.m.

SERVICES INCLUDED:    Bed and bathroom linen and kitchen tools. Electricity, water. Washing machine. Final cleaning.

Heating:  depending on use: 1.5   €/mc

                September, October, November; April, May:  max    5-10  €/day

                December, January, February, March:             max  10-25  €/day

 

Animals: by arrangement  (40 € for final cleaning)

Additional bed   6  € /day

Additional bed for week end   10  € /day

Additional small bed  (for babies up to 2 years)  no charge
 

TO  MAKE  A  RESERVATION                                                                                             

At reservation please send 25% deposit by  postal order, or banking wire transfer.

On arrival balance with: cash.

Security deposit:   200 €/week

(Before sending the deposit please verify the availability of the apartments.

Please notify us when deposit is sent

In the event  of cancellation:

  • Deposit will be credited to future reservation. Good for 18 monthes from original booking.
     

  • Cancellation less than two (2) weeks prior to arrival will result in loss of deposit.
